What is Kallima Wellbeing Centre?

Kallima Wellbeing Centre is a spiritual goods shop that also provides holistic treatments, 1-2-1 spiritual readings, spiritual workshops and holistic courses.

We strive to help others on their spiritual path by providing the tools to help them reach their goals.

Feel free to visit us at our centre to view products and take part in our workshops & courses or even to have a nice relaxing holistic treatment.

Shipping FAQ

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Here at Kallima, we dispatch the item the next working day of purchase. Depending on the day of purchase it should be with you in 2-3 workings days.

If you purchase items on Friday-Sunday, its more than likely you wont receive the item until the start of the following week.

Payment and Orders

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Currently we only take PayPal.
Please note you don’t need a PayPal account, PayPal has become a payment gateway, so you can pay with a Credit or Debit card, with no hassle at all.

Where Is My Order?

If its been more than a week since purchase date and you have not yet received your item, please contact us.

Terms and Conditions for Workshops/Courses/Circles/Group & Events Payments

Events / Circles / Groups/ Courses & Workshops Run by Kallima
If you have booked a space for an Event, Workshop, Course, Group or Circle then this payment isn’t refundable unless we cancel the event, or the date is changed, and you cannot attend the new date at the time of advising you, you are then entitled to a full refund.
For bookings made for Event, Workshop, Course, Group or Circle that are to be held over 14 days from the date of booking there is a 14 day cancellation period after you have booked the event. You do not have to give reason as to why you have cancelled. You will receive a full refund within this period.
For bookings made for Event, Workshop, Course, Group or Circle that are to be held within 14 days from the date of booking there is no cancellation period and must be considered non-refundable.

All events require a £20 deposit to secure a place, full payment is to be made 14 days prior to event taking place. Deposits are non-refundable or Transferable.

Circles must be fully paid for at the time of booking.

Any Discount For A Bulk Order?

Yes, for bulk orders we will provide a discount, but please contact us first, so we can arrange the best price for you.

Returns & Cancellations

Damaged Item, What Can I Do?

We take great pride in our packaging and if you have any damages in your delivery it is important that you contact us within 48 hours (any claims after this will not be refunded). Please send an e-mail and images of the damaged item to: info@kallima.co.uk

We will reply and either refund the items or request the damages are returned to us. If items need to be returned we will give you details of how we would like them returned.

Please note that all damages must be returned in their original packaging.

Events/Circles/Workshops Cancellation Terms & Conditions

Events / Circles / Workshops Run by Kallima

Can I Return items i have brought?

If the item is not faulty, you have no rights to a refund or exchange unless you buy online (see below).
