Come and join us every Friday to get creative, have a cuppa, some cake and meet new people.

We will provide colouring sheets and all sorts of beautiful pens for you to use or feel free to bring your own crafts.

There will also be everything you need to make mini affirmation pages for you to remind yourself of important you are. Also Jodie is the queen of journaling and will have sheets with journal long prompts to help you if you are interesting in starting journaling for mental health.

This mini workshop is for anyone who needs some “me” time and would like to get out of the house and socialise making new friends. Explore your creative side! Making some time for yourself is so important and we are all guilty of neglecting ourselves. So join us for this mini workshop.
