Calendula Diluted Absolute is a delightfully gentle oil.  Its natural properties can help to soothe the effects of insect stings and bites and as well as calming irritated skin. It may also have some use as a toner for oily skin. In massage it's thought to have a balancing and regulating effect and its moisturising properties will help leave the skin feeling soft and supple.  Pre-diluted to 5% in lovely Grapeseed Oil which is rich in Vitamin E and Fatty Acids. It absorbs very quickly in to the skin and is a preferred cosmetic ingredient for damaged and stressed tissues because it possesses regenerative and restructuring qualities which allow better controlled re-hydration of the skin.
 
Magickally: Cleansing negative energy, consecration, love, protection, dreams.
 
To Use: Added to creams and lotions in skincare to help soothe dry and irritated skin. Diluted in a carrier oil and used in massage to help ease sore muscles.
 
Blends Well With: Calendula blends especially well with lavender, frankincense, cypress and Bergamot.
 
Safety:
Dilute in a carrier oil before skin application. Keep away from children and out of eyes. Do not take internally or apply undiluted to the skin. For further advice on using essential oils to treat medical conditions, we recommend you seek advice from a professional.
