Chamomile Maroc Essential Oil is a wonderful oil to use at night and when feeling low in spirits; its naturally uplifting and yet relaxing scent is often regarded as being useful in promoting a good night's sleep.

It's chemically and olfactorily different from German (Matricaria) and Roman Chamomile. Not to be confused with True Chamomile (Roman Or Matricaria).
Its a lovely option if you're looking for a gentler oil to use (it may be more suitable therefore for use with children and the elderly).

To Use: Add a few drops to a bath (you can use a spoon full of milk to help it disperse in the water) to help you wind down before bed. Enjoy its relaxing scent when vaporised to create a calming environment in the home - perfect for when you're settling the children down for bed. Dilute to a maximum of 1% with a carrier oil and enjoy a relaxing massage to help reduce stress levels. Dilute to a maximum of 1% in a skin lotion or cream to help calm irritated skin.
