Cypress is a great oil to use to uplift you when you are feeling tired or depressed. Blends well with many other essential oils including woody or mint oils, citrus (especially grapefruit) and floral oils.
It is also sometimes added to blends aimed at reducing cellulite. Cypress Oil is believed help offer balance to oily and congested skin.A lovely oil to incorporate into a natural deodorant and is good for excessive perspiration (always ensure it is diluted to a maximum of 1% before skin application). Cypress is a refreshing, woody and slightly spicy in its aroma which often makes it a popular choice for the more masculine blends.

To Use: Dilute to a maximum of 1% in a carrier oil and enjoy in a massage to help detoxify and purify. Use in the making of a natural deodorant. Dilute to a maximum of 1% in a base lotion or cream to help refresh and balance oily skin. Enjoy a few drops in a burner or electronic vaporiser to offer strength and emotional balance.
Blends Well With: You may find that Cypress blends particularly well with Clary Sage, Lavender, Bergamot, Juniperberry, Pine, Rosemary, Frankincense, Sandalwood and the Citrus oils.
