Emotionally Lemongrass is good to burn or vaporise not only for it's beautiful fragrance but also because it's thought to help create a sense of emotional well-being.A popular oil for those who love being active; it may be useful both in energising you before exercise and being added to a muscle rub to soothe the muscles post workout.

To Use: Dilute a few drops in a carrier oil and use as a muscle rub. Add 2-3 drops to a traditional burner or electric fragrancer to fill the air with its uplifting, refreshing and restoring scent. Add to a base skin lotion or cream to help balance oily skin. Also a great oil to use in the making of natural deodorants.
Blends Well With: You may find that lemongrass blends especially well with basil, cedarwood, coriander, geranium, jasmine, lavender and tea tree.
