Whether you are a seasoned witch or at the beginning of your journey, there is an ancient kitchen witch practice that is very powerful, yet easy - A Simmer Pot.
 
You can put together a simmer pot anytime you feel inspired, but they are most likely utilised for a specific purpose. This can be a New or Full Moon, one of the eight Sabbats, or to set a specific intention, such as protection, cleansing or healing.
 
It’s also a perfect smoke-free option if you are sensitive to incense or candles, and you can compost what’s left! Most traditional simmer pots are assembled to support an intention, such as abundance, cleansing, protection, love, or healing. Add the relevant ingredients into your simmer pot to match your intention.
