Reflexology is a relaxing treatment where I apply pressure, using my fingers and thumbs, on specific points of the feet or hands, known as reflex points, to encourage a positive mindset and wellbeing. The principle is that each reflex point corresponds to an organ or system in the body, Reflexology can be used to restore balance in these areas when an energy channel becomes blocked. Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) is a very effective technique used to encourage and release the flow of lymphatic fluid in the body and is used as stand alone treatment or combined with traditional Reflexology. Fertility Reflexology involves pressure techniques applied to the reflex points of the feet or hands, which correspond to the reproductive system. This treatment can be used to treat both men and women supporting them through pre-conception.
