SHIPPING POLICY
Thank You for ordering with Kallima. We take 3-5 Business Days to ship your items to you via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Postage. You will get a Royal Mail tracking number from Royal Mail themselves so make sure you add your contact information when ordering.
We take pride in our packaging and try to make it as pretty as possible and of course as safe as possible to avoid any breakages of your lovely items.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you need to return any of your items please do get in touch with us first and we will see what we can do with exchanges and refunds.
Online Purchasing
Our return policy is that if you have brought online and your item/s are faulty you will need to notify us of any returns within 14 days of receiving the items (via email and supply pictures of damaged goods) and return the items back to us safely and securely within 28 days from purchasing.
Please get proof of postage and tracking so you can make sure it has reached us safely.
If you have simply changed your mind of your purchase and wish to return the goods please be aware that we will give you a full refund for the cost of the goods (they must be returned in a re-salable condition) but you will be liable for the postage costs. However if the goods are faulty we will exchange the item and refund you the postage.

In-House Purchasing
If you have brought in-house and the goods are faulty please bring back the goods within 14 days of purchase and we will either refund or exchange for you.
