EVENT BOOKING POLICY

If you cannot make a class/event/workshop please do let us know as soon as you can.

Any late arrivals may not be allowed into the class if it has already started as it may disturb others within the event.

If you know you are going to be late please give us a call on 01268 524040 and we will try to help.

Rebooking only permitted up to 48hours prior to the event starting.

If you cancel your booking after the 48 hours period has concluded your booking will NOT be transferred or refunded and your booking will be cancelled.

When you attend please enter via the front entrance and check in using your name at the counter and we will check you off of our list.

No shows are not refunded or rebooked.

1-2-1 READINGS AND THERAPIES POLICY

If you cannot make your appointment please do let us know at least 48 hours prior to reading/therapy appointment time and date.

Rebooking ONLY permitted upto 48hours prior to reading/therapy booking.

If you cancel your appointment after the 48 hours period has concluded your booking will NOT be transferred or refunded and your booking will be cancelled.

Any late arrivals may result in therapy/reading being cut short or cancelled due to availability of the room or reader/therapist.

So please do arrive before the appointment start time. If you know you will be late please give us a call on 01268 524040 and we will let the therapist/reader know.
